Rates and Services

The prices are in € and include:

- Basic daily cleaning of the apartment (except kitchen)
- Midweek linen change
- Breakfast buffet with typical products of the Island
- Consumption of water, electricity, gas and air conditioning
- Use of the Swimming Pool/Whirlpool

The prices do not include:

- Final cleaning (25,00)
- Everything not expressly mentioned in "the prices include"

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

- Minimum stay one week in the periods A/B
- Minimum stay of 2 days in the periods C/D
- Pets not allowed
- Credit cards accepted
- Shuttle from and to the port
- Shuttle service to and from the beaches on request (extra)
- Baby sitter on request (extra)
- Possibility of half board in a restaurant nearby
- Rooms for disabled
- Children under 2 years in bed with their parents: free.
- Children under 2 years in an extra bed or cot: Euro 6,00 per person per night.
- Children from 2 to 10 years: 20% discount on the official rate.

Cancellations:

- Reservations canceled between 20 and 7 days from the arrival date:2 NIGHTS  CHARGE.
- Reservations canceled less than 7 days from the arrival date: 3 NIGHTS  CHARGE
- Now show: Charge of the entire stay
- For later arrivals or earlier departures will be charged in the entire stay.
